Allergic to Eating

It seems that as someone comes down from their gluten-high, their body must take time to heal years of somehow unperceived damage.  During this time, the digestive tract is so sensitive that previously innocuous food items can trigger symptoms similar or identical to those caused by ingesting gluten.
Seriously. WTF?!
I am now just sort of allergic-ish to a whole slew of foods.  I don't know what I can eat!  I'm going to take the plunge and get rid of all dairy, gluten, soy, and peanuts, then slowly reintroduce dairy and peanuts.  Soy, actually, is already gone.  My body doesn't seem to know what to do with it.
This is, of course, going to have to wait until after this weekend, so I can eat the gluten-free cheesecake my mom made for the two of us.
I have been looking for an excuse to try coconut milk ice cream.
